SCULPT
Terms of Sale
1. Seller. Works are sold by 2022 Limited (RC 1305526), Plot 2022, Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria, trading as SCULPT, as agent for the artist named on each work, under a written consignment agreement. Contact: [Email TBC].
2. Enquiries. Listings and prices are an invitation to enquire, not an offer. A sale is formed only when we accept your order in writing and receive cleared payment in full. Until then, a work may be sold to someone else or withdrawn.
3. Price and payment. Prices are in US dollars, and naira figures are for guidance only. Payment is by bank transfer to 2022 Limited's corporate account, or through a licensed payment processor, as stated in our written acceptance. We never accept crypto-assets. Pay only to account details we confirm in writing, and call us to check them before you pay. Nigerian VAT is added where it applies. VAT status to be confirmed.
4. Title and risk. Title passes to you on receipt of full payment. Risk passes on delivery at the destination, and the work is insured in transit for its sale price.
5. Authenticity. Each original work comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. We pass on to you the artist's warranty that the work is original and by the named artist. If a court or an independent expert we both accept finds otherwise, we will refund the price on return of the work.
6. Shipping, duties and export. Shipping, NCMM export clearance, DAP terms and returns are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Lead times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by export clearance, customs or couriers.
7. Returns. All sales are final except for damage in transit, as set out on Shipping & Returns. This does not affect any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or the consumer law of your country.
8. Copyright. Copyright in every work and image stays with the artist. Buying a work does not give you any right to reproduce it commercially. Site images may not be copied without permission.
9. Liability. Our total liability for any sale is limited to the price paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Compliance. We may ask for identification on high-value purchases, and we may refuse or cancel any sale to meet anti-money-laundering or export laws.
11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
